RULES OF PROVIDING HOTEL SERVICES (HOUSING PROCEDURE) TO GDTS "MERIDIAN"

These rules are developed in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 2300-1 of 07.02.92 (as amended on 23.07.08); "Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation" No. 490 of 25.04.1997 (as amended on 06.10.11), the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Hotel services of LLC "GDTS Meridian", further - "Hotel", are certified. Certificate of certification of services No. РОСС RU. АИ57.М00700 from 17.03.2010 valid until 16.03.2013, and issued by the service certification body - Northern Chamber of Commerce and Industry (POCC accreditation certificate RU.0001.10АИ57 from 17.03.10). With the certificate of certification of services you can find in the reception and accommodation of the hotel (hereinafter - "Reception service").

2. 3. For guaranteed reservation, the hotel receives an advance payment or authorizes a customer's credit card for the amount of the daily cost of the room (number) category (categories) reserved by the client.

4. Accommodation of guests is made from the moment of their arrival, for a period up to the date of completion of the reservation made, and for foreign citizens also within the scope of the visa.

5. If a person who has booked a room is late for not more than 24 hours, he will be charged for the actual simple number at the rate of his daily cost. At a delay of more than one day - the reservation is canceled. In case of refusal of the client to pay the actual simple number in the amount of its daily value, accommodation in the Hotel is made in the order of the general turn.

6. The hotel concludes a contract with the guest for the provision of services, except when there is no possibility of providing services, including if the constituent documents of the Hotel or the civil law agreement concluded with it provide for the hotel, in a certain order, to provide services of the appropriate category persons.

7. The contract for the provision of hotel services is provided upon presentation of one of the following documents: The identity documents of citizens of the Russian Federation necessary for the registration at the place of stay within the Russian Federation (Government Decree No. 713 of 17.07.1995) are: - Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation; - Birth certificate - for persons under 14 years of age; - A passport that certifies the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation, for persons permanently residing outside the Russian Federation. Registration of servicemen is carried out in the presence of a vacation ticket or travel document (if the period of leave or business trip exceeds 90 days). Registration at the place of stay of under-age citizens who have not reached the age of 14 is carried out on the basis of identity documents with parents (adoptive parents, guardians) or close relatives who are with him, as well as birth certificates for these minors with a certificate of registration at the place of stay . The documents certifying the identity of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation are: - The passport of a foreign citizen or other document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document proving the identity of a foreign citizen. Documents certifying the identity of stateless persons in the Russian Federation are: - A document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document certifying the identity of a stateless person; - Permit for temporary residence; - Residence; - Other documents stipulated by the federal law or recognized in accordance with the international treaty of the Russian Federation as documents certifying the identity of a stateless person. - Foreign citizens temporarily residing in the Russian Federation, as well as permanently or temporarily residing in the Russian Federation, must be registered at the place of stay (ie in the Hotel) when staying at a place of stay that is not their place of residence. - When settling in a hotel, a foreign citizen or stateless person is required to produce the documents specified in cl. 6.4, 6.5 (Clause 6, Article 20 of the Federal Law "On Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Russian Federation" No. 109-FZ of July 18, 2006), valid visa, if visa-free entry is not provided for by relevant government agreements, card. - Other documents stipulated by the current legislation in respect of foreign citizens, as well as stateless persons temporarily staying, as well as permanently or temporarily residing in the territory of the Russian Federation. Migratory registration is not subject to the category of citizens specified in paragraph 6 of Article 20 of the Federal Law "On Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Russian Federation" No. 109-ФЗ of 18.07.06.

8. 9. All guests arriving at the hotel must register at the place of stay, i.e. In a hotel. Registration is carried out by the reception and accommodation staff.

10. 11. Payment for accommodation services and additional services in LLC "GDC" Meridian "is carried out according to the price-lists approved by the General Director of LLC" GDC "Meridian". Price list for accommodation services and additional services can be found in the information folder at the reception and accommodation of the hotel. The cost of accommodation includes accommodation and breakfast. Guests staying at the hotel are provided with the following free services: - calling an ambulance - using a medical first-aid kit - delivering correspondence to the number upon receiving it - waiting for a certain time-calling a taxi-giving boiling water, needles, threads, one set of dishes and cutlery.

12. Children under the age of 7 years stay free of charge in one room with parents without a separate seat.

13. In VIP rooms, deluxe one-room, deluxe two-room, double, single business use of the mini-bar is paid separately and does not enter into the cost of living.

14. All outgoing phone calls are paid separately. Calculation of the call cost starts from the moment of dialing the called subscriber.

15. Payment for hotel and additional services provided by the hotel is made by credit cards, cash, and bank transfer. All prices are in rubles. The following credit cards are accepted for payment: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, DC.

16. Payment for hotel services is made by advance payment, or by daily payment.

17. Payment for accommodation at the hotel will be charged in accordance with a single settlement hour -12: 00 Moscow time. -When delayed departure of the guest for accommodation, the fee is charged in the following order: Not more than 6 hours after the check-out hour - hourly payment; From 06 to 12 hours after the estimated hour, a payment for half a day; From 12 to 24 hours after the estimated hour, a fee for a full day. For stays of no more than 24 hours, the fee is charged per day, regardless of the estimated hour.

18. In case of prior booking, the fee for the reserved day will be charged in full amount from the room rate, regardless of the time of arrival of the guest.

19. On any delay in leaving the guest must timely inform the reception and accommodation of the hotel. The guest must inform the reception and accommodation staff about the extension of the room at least one day before the scheduled departure.

20. In the case of 100% occupancy of the hotel or booking of rooms of the appropriate category, the hotel has the right to refuse to stay or prolong the stay. The resident is obliged in this case to leave the room by the time of the calculated hour.

21. On early departure, i.e. departure before the scheduled time the guest must timely, but no later than 24 hours, inform the reception and accommodation service.

22. The entrance to the hotel and the receipt of the key from the number is made only on the guest's card. In case of loss of the key from the room, the guest should immediately inform the reception staff about this.

23. The hotel administration reserves the right not to provide services to people who are intoxicated, in a state of intoxication or under the influence of psychotropic drugs. To persons who violate public order, measures provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation may be applied.

24. At the request of the guest, unauthorized persons may stay in the hotel from 07:00 to 23:00, subject to registration on the basis of an identity document. After 23.00 hours, the guest is required to leave the hotel or register for accommodation. The hotel is not responsible for visitors invited to the room. The security service has the right to refuse the passage of guests without explanation.

25. In order to ensure the order and safety of guests in a hotel, it is prohibited to transfer keys to a number to unauthorized persons or to leave strangers in the room in their absence.

26. Entrance to the hotel and any other public premises located on the territory of the hotel in dirty, dirty, as well as sportswear or shoes are not allowed.

27. The hotel is prohibited from carrying piercing, flammable, explosive, poisonous, poisonous and fetid substances and objects.

28. It is prohibited to use the hotel premises, except for the conference hall, for negotiating. The price list for rental of conference rooms is located in the information folder of the reception service.

29. Without special permission, the administration is not allowed: - to bring and drink drinks in public places (halls, conference halls, etc.) - to carry out any services and offer goods; - to carry out commercial photo and video shooting. Under commercial photography is understood as any shooting, carried out not for personal everyday purposes of hotel guests.

30. The hotel guest or hotel guest is obliged to compensate the damage, in case of loss or damage to the property of the hotel, and also bears responsibility for other violations.

31. The guestbook is in the reception and accommodation service

32. All hotel guests have the same rights and must: - observe the rules of conduct and accommodation established in the hotel; -do not make noise and do not violate in any way the rest of other guests and visitors. The hotel has the right to refuse to place and provide services to people who disturb the rest and residence of other guests and hotel guests, as well as violating the present order. The hotel administration has the right, if the guests and guests of the hotel violate these rules, to terminate the service agreement and demand that they immediately pay for the services already rendered and leave the hotel building. - Timely and fully pay for the services provided by the hotel. - Observe the rules of fire safety and the use of electrical appliances, as well as sanitary standards. -Keep only in the designated places. - When you exit the room, close the water taps, windows, turn off the lights, TV and other household appliances, close the door. -It is not allowed to take dishes out of the rooms. -It is not allowed to rearrange the furniture in the room. -During the day the number should be provided for cleaning. - Accommodation in a room for guests of animals, birds, reptiles, etc. is not allowed.

33. The hotel is responsible for storing the things of the guests in accordance with Art. 925 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

34. All residents of the hotel are guaranteed the safety of personal belongings in the room, provided they comply with the rules of residence.

35. The administration does not bear responsibility for money and valuables not handed over to those living for storage (safe for storing valuables (paid service) is in the reception and accommodation service). In case of detection of loss of personal belongings from the room, the guest must immediately inform the hotel administration about this in order to take the necessary operative measures to search for missing items.

36. In the absence of a guest in the room for more than a day (according to his estimated hours), and the impossibility of determining his location or contacting him, the hotel administration has the right to create a commission, make an inventory of the property in the room and move things to the storage room.
